The Coppell Public Library has summer activities planned for the entire family. Starting June 6, stop by the Library for a log to record your summertime reading, and to win prizes! Children entering fifth grade and younger can stop by the Dog House in the children’s area.

 

Students entering sixth grade and older and adults can pick up their forms at the Information Desk. Kid reading logs are due July 25; Adult and teen logs due July 31.

 

There are activities planned especially for students from kindergarten through fifth grade on Mondays through Thursdays at 3 pm.

 

Mondays 3pm – Fun and Game

Stop by to play board games and card games.

Tuesdays 3pm – Performers 

June 14 — Zooniversity
June 21 – Magic Show
June 28 – Bubble Show

Wednesdays 3pm – Crafts (through 7/20) 

 

Thursdays 3pm – Movies 

Gnomeo and Juliet – June 16th
Cars – June 23rd
Yogi Bear – June 30th

Fridays at 3 pm – Workshops for Teens

Workshops designed for students entering sixth grade and older are Fridays at 3 pm. Requires advance registration.
June 10 – Magician
June 17 – Watercolors and oil pastels
June 24 – Mexican tin art

Family Storytime
Tuesdays, 7:00 pm
Stories, songs, fingerplays, crafts, and activities.  Fun for the whole family! Get free tickets at the information desk. Limited to first 50 ticket holders.
