1 lb. Chicken, cut into small pieces 1 can chicken broth 1 & 1/2 c water 1 lb. low fat Velveeta, cubed 1 pkg. spaghetti Place chicken in a large saucepan with chicken broth & water. Cook 30 minutes. Add spaghetti noodles and cook 20 minutes, stirring so as not to stick. Add Velveeta and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until cheese is melted.
