Bisquick Sausage Balls

Mix together:

• 1 lb sausage(I use Jimmy Dean mild)
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Bake for 50-60 min at 350 degrees until golden brown. (Check inside of one ball to make sure there is no pink.)

You can use spicier sausage for a special “kick”.
