Destination Imagination

LISD will hold its annual DI Awareness Nights for the Destination Imagination on the following dates:

  • September 20 at Lamar MS, Flower Mound
  • October 2 at Creek Valley MS, Carrollton

Students, parents and faculty members interested in the DI program may attend free of charge.

Destination Imagination is an extra-curricular academic program that teaches students from grades K through 12 how to develop innovative solutions to mind-boggling problems using their own creativity and what they learn in school, their own research and in life. The program is sponsored by LISD for all students who wish to participate and teams are managed by parent volunteers. Training is provided at no charge to parent volunteers who manage teams.
