Young Artists in ‘Top of the Strings,’ Searches for Student Interns
The Lewisville Lake Symphony will present “Top of the Strings,” a free concert featuring young artists from The Institute for Strings. Part of the symphony’s International Chamber Series, the concert is presented in cooperation with the University of North Texas’ College of Music. The symphony is also accepting applications for its 15-member internship program for students in eighth- through twelfth-grades. If accepted, interns assist with the House Front activities during performances and, in return, have the opportunity to sit on stage during final rehearsals and earn community service credits.
