It is small and cramped in there for one. I had to wait an hour today even though I made an appointment a week ago. When they did see me, they made my cuticles bleed for an hour. The manager was RUDE to me when I complained. She threw my shoes on the floor when I tried to put my stuff down to get my card out to pay. She yelled at me because she doesn't like shoes on her counter,s o she threw then across them room. COMPLETELY RUDE and completely unnecessary. They need to go out of business ASAP or give me my money back. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a business before. DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don't realize that there are hundreds of nail places on every corner here. Nobody should put up with this crap. They are a rip off, and they ARE NOT A SPA. Other than that, the post is a press release provided by the Town of Flower Mound, so you might contact them directly and ask to speak to whoever takes care of their technical issues.
