Lighted Parade The Holiday Parade begins at 6:30pm. To add intrigue and illumination to the parade, every float will be lit up with holiday lights! Parade Route:  Begins at Parkway and Samuel, and travels westward to Town Center Blvd., just west of City Hall. Parking is available on the north side of the Justice Center, 130 Town Center Blvd., and at the Aquatic and Recreation Center, 234 Parkway Blvd. For safety reasons, all intersections along the parade route will be temporarily
