4 cups thin-sliced, raw potatoes
1/2 cup milk
butter
6-8 pork chops
Place potatoes in flat casserole dish.
Pour milk over and dot with butter, salt and pepper (to taste).
Place pork chops on top.
Cook, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Turn pork chops over and cook an additional 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Juice from pork chops seeps through the potatoes and make the whole dish yummy!
