- 5-6 chicken breasts
- 1 cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package Italian dressing mix
- 3-4 tablespoons butter
- Place chicken breasts in crockpot (they can even be frozen).
- Mix cream cheese, soup, and dressing mix together and spoon on top. Dot with butter.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
Yum! We serve it over mashed potatoes, but it can be served over pasta or rice as well. Delicious!!
