- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 sm. pkg. lemon pudding mix
- 3/4 c oil
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended.
- Shape dough into the size of a melon ball
- Place 2” apart on sprayed baking sheets.
- Bake 15-18 minutes.
Option: After cookies have cooled, you may frost with store-bought lemon frosting.
