Celebrate Juneteenth with an evening of live music and community at Wayne Ferguson Plaza in Lewisville. This annual concert, introduced in 2022 as part of the Mayor’s Commission – Listen Learn Lead initiative, honors the significance of Juneteenth while promoting unity and cultural appreciation. The event reflects the commission’s commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering meaningful community engagement.
The concert will feature a lineup of talented performers, curated in collaboration with the Mayor’s Commission, showcasing a blend of musical styles that celebrate Black culture and heritage. A full schedule of performers and vendor details will be announced in Summer 2025.

Street Closures:
- Church Street (Mill to Charles) will be closed from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Free Public Parking:
- Street Parking: Available on Main, Church, and Charles Streets
- Lewisville City Hall: 151 W. Church Street
- Visitor Information Center: 247 W. Main Street (front and back of building)
- Kealy Public Lot: Located on Kealy Street, south of Main Street Café
