Adults and teens are invited to learn about a variety of mental health issues from the experts.

Biofeedback/Relaxation Program Want to learn how to better manage stress? Now’s the time to try it with the Center for Neuroperformance and Counseling! Teens in Grades 6-12. Sep. 27 4:30 p.m.

Starting the Conversation: Talking to Teens Anne Lehew with LISD Counseling and Social Work Services will lead this Q&A-focused session for parents on how to recognize signs of a mental health condition in teenage children and how to establish an open dialog about mental health. Sep. 29 7 p.m.

Stress Relief Craft Program for Teens Create stress relief crafts and play fun games with other teens. Teens in Grades 6-12. Sep. 29 7 p.m.

Navigating Anxiety & Depression Richard Michael Calzada, LPC with Connections Wellness Group will discuss issues related to anxiety and depression and how to cope with symptoms in this presentation for adults and teens. Oct. 2 at 2pm
