Live farm animals, early pioneer cooking, clothes washing, sewing skills, a photography booth, old fashioned competitive games, a vintage store for shopping, and free snow cones are just a few of the activities planned.

Sponsored by the Coppell Historical Society, the event will be held under the old windmill in Old Town Coppell.
Want to dress up like an early Coppell Pioneer adult or child for a photo? Knead bread dough and churn butter? Make a corn husk doll, rag doll, “whittle,” or write with a quill pen? “Fish” in a pond. Watch candlemaking? Compete in old-timey games, from dominos to bean bag toss and experience other educational and fun activities? Mark your calendar for October 21.
Visitors are invited to tour the Museum’s historic homes, including the 1904 Kirkland House, the 1950s Wilson House with time period music, the 1924 Ihnfeldt House, and the Minyard’s Store which will be open so visitors can shop for unique items and view a 1930s replica grocery store.
