KFMB Spring Trash-Off & Recycling Drop-Off
Join KFMB for a morning of cleaning, recycling, and fun, removing trash from as many Flower Mound parks, trails, waterways, and roadways as possible. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers as well as booths offering activities and environmental education for kids and adults. The fair is open to all ages, is dog friendly, and participation in the trash cleanup is not required for attendance. If you would like to participate in the trash pickup but cannot on Saturday, you are welcome to pick up supplies and complete it another day.
The Fall Festival will follow the Trash-Off and will include a variety of booths and fun activities.
- Trash-off: 8:30am – 11:00am (click the button below to register)
- Recycle drop-off: 10:00am – 1:00pm

The fair is open to all ages and participation in the trash cleanup is not required for attendance, although greatly appreciated! Pets are also welcome!
Recycling opportunities available at the Fall Festival include:
- Shredding (personal only)
- Household items (small appliances, small furniture)
- Clothing and textiles
- Electronics
- Pens, pencils and markers
- Eyeglasses
- Plastic bags and other thin-film plastic
- Wire Clothes Hangers
- Books
- Kids’ books
- Gently used sneakers
We cannot accept:
- Liquids of any sort
- Fluorescent bulbs of any sort
- Auto batteries
- Tires
