Join the 11th annual Veterans Day Relay Run where veterans and their family members will follow a 32-mile course through Flower Mound. Each relay runner will run approximately one-to-two mile sections, commemorating our nation’s veterans and their service by carrying the American flag. The course will start and end at the Flower Mound Community Activity Center. Applications are now being accepted for individuals to participate by completing an online application form, and those chosen will be notified of their relay location and time in October. A mandatory relay participant meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 28 at the Community Activity Center, where the Police Department will discuss safety guidelines and answer any additional questions.
