i9 Sports: Putting the FUN Back into Youth Sports
I9 Sports offers several youth sports programs throughout the area, all focused on a Fun, Safe & Convenient approach.
Our program, started in the spring of 2012 here in Denton County, provides organized co-ed leagues for kids, 3-14 with weekly practices and games held on the same day so parents make just one trip to the fields each week! Sports include Flag Football, Soccer, T Ball, Basketball and Cheer.
Currently, local programs are held in Argyle, Flower Mound, Denton, The Colony, Justin, Highland Village, Coppell, and Roanoke.
The only thing we take seriously is the kids having fun & our Parental Pledge! Too often, adults can find themselves over-involved in what takes place on the field during youth sports, sometimes with negative consequences. We frame our game day with a positive, encouraging environment that allows kids with all skill levels to gain confidence & enjoy the natural instinct to compete.
Weekly values (respect, courtesy, playing by the rules, etc.) are also taught each week with each child earning a good sportsmanship medal at some point during the season. No try-outs! We honor buddy requests so friends can play with friends!
