2 c. crushed pretzels
l c. sugar
¾ c. stick melted oleo/butter
1 lg.cream cheese (8 oz)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 small Cool Whip
l lg. Jello (strawberry)
1 pkg frozen fruit plus fresh if available
2 c. pineapple juice or water
Combine crushed pretzels with sugar and melted butter.
Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread on cool pretzel crust.
Dissolve Jello in 2 cups pineapple juice.
Refrigerate. When slightly jelled, pour on Cream layer
Refrigerate for at least a full day, two days is even better.
Bake at 350 º for 10 minutes; Serves 12
May use any type of fruit. Cherries or Mandarin Oranges work well.
