Summer Reading Club at Lake Cities Library 2018
NOTE: The former Lake Cities Library is now the Lake Dallas Public Library.
Stay busy this summer with FREE events and prizes from your Lake Dallas Public Library.
Sign-ups start May 22, and programs and reading logs begin on June 1 and run through July 31.
How to Participate
No library card is required in order to participate in the Summer Reading Club or any of the events taking place this summer, although cards are FREE for residents of Lake Dallas and Shady Shores!
For ages 0 – 5, sign up at the library and receive a free book and activity sheet. Once the activity sheet is completed, pick up your prize from the library!
For ages 6 – 17, sign up at the library and receive a reading log and calendar of events. Keep track of the days you read 15 minutes or more and receive a prize every 10 days. After 60 days of reading, get entered into the grand prize drawing.
For ages 18+, Sign up at the library and receive a free book. Write a short book review and get entered into the grand prize drawing.
