Youth Fly Fishing Class Coppell
Youth Fly Fishing Class: Join Dallas Fly Fishers for an introduction to fly fishing. Learn to cast, tie basic fishing knots, tie flies and discuss their uses. Participants will also review equipment, learn about aquatic ecosystems, safety, fishing, ethics, and regulations. This is a free class and will be instructed by members of the Dallas Fly Fishers. All equipment and materials will be provided.
For youth aged 11 and older with adult chaperone

Class size will be limited to 70.
Dallas Fly Fishers has been an active club for more than 30 years. Instructors are certified by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Federation of Fly Fishers. Participants will receive a TPWD Basic Fly Fishing Certificate.
Participants are asked to wear a hat, bring sunglasses, and pack a sack lunch to eat on site during the class.
